ASK Real Estate and Pick Properties Form US$4 Billion Property Management Powerhouse

ASK Real Estate has announced a strategic merger with Pick Properties, marking a significant milestone in Bahrain’s real estate sector and creating a new property management powerhouse with a combined portfolio exceeding US$4 billion.
The merger brings together ASK Real Estate’s expertise in brokerage and advisory services with Pick Properties’ specialized capabilities in property management, forming one of the largest fully integrated real estate service providers in the Kingdom.
The agreement was formalized in the presence of senior leadership from both organizations, including Chairman Majed Al Khan and Pick Properties CEO Amal Al Murbati. The signing was completed by ASK Real Estate CEO Karim Yazji and Pick Properties General Manager Khaled Shaheen.
This strategic move is designed to strengthen market positioning, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate regional expansion. The newly formed entity will offer a comprehensive suite of services spanning property management, brokerage, marketing, and advisory, delivering end-to-end real estate solutions under one unified platform.

The initiative represents a key step toward expanding the company’s reach and increasing market share, while unlocking new growth opportunities across fast-growing regional markets.
